Before the shoot, you will know
What is being shot, where, by whom and how long it takes. How many finished photos or minutes of video you get. How many rounds of changes are included, and the delivery date. All in writing.

Crew size, shoot days, locations, talent and styling, how many finished pieces you need, and how much editing or retouching each one takes.

Do we get the raw files?
Raw files and extended usage are agreed up front, and may cost extra.
Can the video be made in different languages?
Yes. Subtitles, voice and translation review can be added once the process is clear.
