Corporate event management in Chennai, from first idea to last cue
Most event trouble is decided weeks before the doors open. A running order nobody has seen. A script that reaches the emcee an hour before. Nobody sure who calls the lights. We spend our time on those weeks, so the day itself is the easy part.
What we take care of
Every project plan names each item below and who owns it. This is how the work usually splits.
| We handle | We coordinate with your vendors | Quoted separately |
|---|---|---|
| Concept and theme Script and running order Rehearsals Presenter and stage cues Calling the show on the day | Venue Sound, lighting and stage Décor and catering Registration and security | Venue and equipment hire Talent and anchor fees Travel and stay Photo and video crew, if you want coverage |
Events we plan
Product launches and reveals. Conferences and leadership meets. Annual days and award nights. Dealer and partner meets. Brand activations. If your event is not on this list, tell us anyway.
How the weeks usually run
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| 6 weeks before | Goal, audience, date and venue are fixed. Concept and a first running order. |
| 4 weeks before | Script, presenter briefing and vendor list confirmed. |
| 2 weeks before | Rehearsal plan, stage cues, and the shot list for photo and video. |
| The day before | Full rehearsal at the venue. |
| Event day | The show is called cue by cue. Everyone knows who decides what. |
| After | Photos and edits delivered, and a quick look at what worked. |
Short on time? Tell us the date. We will say honestly what is possible.
Plan the coverage before the doors open
Photos and video are decided at the planning stage, not on the day. We agree the must-have shots, who is on stage when, and where the camera stands. That is how event footage ends up useful for your internal teams and your marketing, not just the album.
What affects the price
Four things move it most: how many people are coming, how many production days you need, the venue and technical setup, and how much of the show is scripted and rehearsed. Venue, equipment, talent and travel come from outside suppliers, so we list them separately and you can see which costs are ours.
Questions we hear
How early should we contact you?
Six weeks is comfortable. Shorter timelines are possible. Tell us the date and we will say honestly what is realistic.
Can you work with our venue and vendors?
Yes. Many clients already have a venue and a sound partner. We direct the show and coordinate with them, and the plan states exactly what we are responsible for.
Do you also handle the photos, video and social posts?
If you want us to. Plan them together with the event so the crew knows the shots, or book event direction on its own.
What if the plan changes a week before?
It will, a little. We keep the running order as a live document and tell you what each change affects.
Tell us the date
Share the date, the city, roughly how many people are coming and what you want them to remember. A budget range helps us suggest what fits.
