Launch to Campaign: one plan for before, during and after your launch

A launch does not start when the guests arrive or end when they leave. Most of what decides whether it works happens in the weeks around it. We plan all of it as one job.

Before: build the wait

Who needs to hear about this, what should they do, and when? Teasers, invites and announcement posts are planned around the launch date and the time approvals take.

During: run the day, capture the day

The show is directed cue by cue. The photographer and the video team carry a shot list that came from the marketing plan, so nothing the campaign needs is missed.

After: keep it going

Highlights, clips, photos and follow-up posts go out on schedule. If you want paid promotion, it starts while the event is still fresh. At the end we look together at what worked.

A sample plan, adjusted for every launch.

Why one plan helps

Fewer handoffs. The person who knows the stage cues also knows what the ad team needs. Our proposal lists event, content and ads as separate lines, so you always see what each one costs.

Questions we hear

Can we book only part of it?

Yes. Book the event, the content or the campaign, and we will say how our work fits with your existing team.

How many posts and videos will we get?

It depends on the event, the material and the budget. The numbers are in the plan before you commit.

Does this work for a film release?

Yes. See our film and audio launch page for how we handle release dates and approvals.
